We are not responsible for the information, content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that www.onlinemadrasa.org will not be held accountable for any damage or loss, directly or indirectly, caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason if you violate these Terms—all provisions of the Terms that should survive by their nature.
Law of the Land
These terms will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the country where you use the service, regardless of its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If a court holds any provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms constitute our entire agreement regarding our service and replace any previous agreements we might have had regarding the service.
Right to Change the Terms
We may change or replace these Terms at any time, and it will be at our sole discretion. If a modification is significant, we will attempt to give you at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. We will determine the significance of a change at our sole discretion. By continuing to use our Service after these revisions take effect, you agree to follow the modified terms. If you disagree with the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Students Specific Terms
Once you or your kids are registered in our online Quran, Language, or Islamic courses classes, you must follow these terms of service and conditions.
- After the 2 or 3 trial classes, you must enroll yourself or your kids in our online Quran classes or courses.
- When you enroll in our online courses, you must pay your fee before the due date. If you do not pay your payments on a given time four days after the due date, our system will automatically pause you from our online classes.
- If the payment is overdue for more than seven days, we reserve the right to stop you from taking classes.
- If you hold your classes for a week or two, and if a student wants to learn or continue with the same, then the student must pay the half fee for that period to reserve a slot with recommended teachers.
- Whenever students want to take off from classes, they must inform their teacher; if they do not, the makeup classes will not be entertained.
- The makeup classes will be arranged only when a teacher has a free slot.
- If students want to cancel their classes, they must update their teacher a day before via email or Skype.
- Online Madrasa reserves the right to cancel enrollment of any students if they’re absent for more than a week.
- Once you enroll with a teacher, then for a month, you’ll not be able to change your teacher.
- Online Madrasa can change your teacher anytime to maintain the quality of teaching.
- If a teacher resigns from our academy, we will provide a new Quran teacher.
- These Terms of service and conditions apply to all students.
