OnlineMadrasa.org is committed to providing high-quality teaching services on the Quran and Islam. We understand that circumstances that require a refund may arise. This comprehensive refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for eligibility, the refund process, and the refund timeline.

Eligibility for Refund

Trial Period

Users are eligible for a full refund within seven days of starting the program. This allows new users to evaluate our services during the trial period. However, after the trial period is over, the fee cannot be refunded.

The refund does not apply to students who have previously used any trial class and did not enroll in the course.

Service Dissatisfaction

If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of our services within the first 30 days of enrollment, they may be eligible for a partial refund. However, a valid reason must be communicated first.  Our team will review the request for its authentication.

Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered if there are persistent technical issues that hinder the user’s ability to access and benefit from our services.

Cancellation of Services

Users who choose to cancel their enrollment in the program within the first 30 days may be eligible for a partial refund. After 30 days, cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
